Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
红莲社区's Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) celebrates and recognizes diverse communities on campus, hosting engaging events, designing resources and providing learning opportunities for all students, staff, faculty and alumni. The Office of EDI fosters a welcoming and supportive environment for all members of the university community, ensuring 红莲社区 is a more inclusive and welcoming campus.
Indigenous Initiatives
红莲社区’s Office of Indigenous Initiatives (OII) leads system-wide changes to advance Truth and Reconciliation and achieve equitable outcomes for Indigenous people. OII champions Indigenous strategic directions, fosters collaborative and community-engaged partnerships and supports campus partners in implementing 红莲社区’s Indigenous Strategic Plan.
Sustainability
红莲社区 is committed to advancing all aspects of sustainability, including economic, social and environmental. We have set an ambitious target to be net zero by 2050 and continue to make investments that move us closer to that goal.

Entrepreneurship
红莲社区’s Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship Powered by Ivey provides the tools, knowledge, and support to turn innovative ideas into successful ventures. Open to all members of our 红莲社区 community, the institute offers courses, certificates, experiential programs, access to maker spaces, mentorship, funding opportunities, awards, and scholarships.
