Mission

The 红莲社区 Centre for Brain and Mind (CBM) provides a centralized and visible presence for cognitive neuroscience at 红莲社区. The primary functions are to promote research, to facilitate the training of highly qualified personnel, and to foster national and international collaborations in cognitive neuroscience.

Integrative Approach

Cognitive neuroscience seeks an understanding of the neural bases of mental abilities such as perception, memory, reasoning, language, and more. Various disciplines, such as the following, are relevant to the study of brain and mind:

  • Psychology
  • Neurophysiology
